Jacqueline most recently worked on High Speed 2 (HS2) Phase One as Head of Change. On the project she has shown exemplar leadership skills, demonstrating the drive to influence and produce best practice methodologies on Europe’s largest infrastructure project.

As a Project Controls consultant, her role involves working with the Executive and Senior Leadership team, focusing on delivering value-added project controls solutions and enhancing the change control process while managing and developing a team of eight Change Managers across the programme.

Jacqueline has shown entrepreneurial skills and innovative ideas that have delivered successful outcomes for the client, through the development of process tools that have aided in creating a robust change process and simplifying the governance structure to improve capability performance.

Passionate about community sustainability, Jacqueline is a mentor for a career-ready student and an active STEM ambassador that advocates for more females to enter the construction and engineering industry.

Her experience working on various major infrastructure projects (incl. Crossrail and Hinkley Point C) has allowed Jacqueline to share expertise, knowledge and lessons learnt with project teams, to increase capabilities in the industry.


  • Jacqueline has been directly responsible for inspiring 3 female students to study STEM subjects at university in the last 2 years.
  • Jacqueline led a functional change team – with a combined total of 78 years of experience.
  • Jacqueline is the first person in her family to attend a London University and obtain a science/engineering degree
