18 December 2015

In the run up to the Government’s BIM deadline, each week until the end of April the Clarkson Alliance is serialising 50 lessons learned from a housing project to help clients, architects and others fast track their experience with BIM.

The purpose of a research project undertaken by the Clarkson Alliance is to establish the changes in dynamics and behaviours across the construction supply chain to unlock new more efficient and collaborative ways of working with BIM to achieve the forecast 20% reduction in construction costs.  Click here to catch up on the first 7 lessons.
